MudHog (mûd - hôg) n.
1. a domesticated youth between the ages of 5 and 14, well padded and protected, with a desire to perform to the best of his abilities, often found on a football field in the Farmington (CT) Valley.
2. one that is dedicated and committed to the principles of teamwork, i.e. 11 = 1.
The Farmington Valley MudHogs football and cheer organization is a growing program comprised of youths from the surrounding towns of Farmington, Avon, Burlington, Harwinton,and Canton.
