C Squad
- ages 7 - 9 (1st - 4th grade)
B Squad – ages 10 - 11 ( 5th & 6th grade)
A Squad –
When do practices start?
Practices
will start on August 16th, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. The first week, practices will be held Monday
through Thursday. On Friday August
20th, all registered players will be drafted onto teams, regardless of whether
they have attended practices or not.

are generally on the football practice fields at
When will we receive
uniforms/pads/equipment?
All equipment
will be handed out on a Saturday August 21st after the first week of practices.
Players will receive all necessary pads, practice pants, and game uniforms. Proper fitting is supervised by our experienced
coaching staff to ensure that standards of safety are met.
Does a player need to
attend practice to receive pads?
All
players must be present for 3 practices before suiting
up.
What does a player need
to buy?
Players
must be prepared with a tee shirt and shorts for the first week of
practices. Cleats should be worn (any
type will do). If this is not
possible, sneakers will suffice for the first week. When contact begins, players will need
their own athletic supporter.
Games will begin on September 12th.

are held on Sundays. Estimated game
times are:
C Squad – 10:00 AM &
12:00PM
B Squad – 10:00 AM &
12:00 PM
A Squad –
Players are
separated into three squads (an outdated term, they are now more like conferences,
with four teams each), A, B, and C, based on age and weight.
Practices
will begin on [this date will be filled in soon], from 6:00 – 7:00
PM. For the first few weeks, Flag Football
will meet on Fridays and Sundays.
What are the ages for Flag?
Ages for Flag
are 5 - 7 years old
Where do we practice/play?
Friday practices
will be at West Woods Upper Elementry, the baseball outfield.
Sunday games will be held on the F field in front of Farmington High
School, next to the Farmington Library.
Games are played on Sundays, will run about 1 hour, promptly starting at 8:45 AM
What do we need to buy
for our player?
Players
should have gym shorts, cleats (any kind) or sneakers, and a tee shirt for
the first practice. Players will be
supplied with flags and a numbered tee shirt during the
season.
Practices

• Cheer skirt, shell and body suit.(girls were required to purchase body suit
in prior years)
• Hanes cheer sneakers (approx $20 at Wal-Mart)
• Skin-color dance tights and white knit gloves ($5 at dance store or Wal-Mart
)
• Cheer bloomers, socks (approx. $10 total) and a Mudhogs maroon sweatshirt
($20) or jacket ($50) purchased from the league.
